Privacy Policy
This includes account details, relationship content you submit, signed-in history, limited signed-in App activity, and optional product analytics you choose to enable.
When a signed-in account opens the App or returns from the background, the client sends only an empty request. The server derives a pseudonymous key from the authenticated account and stores the first and last activity time plus a daily open count by UTC date for 35 days, only to report aggregate App DAU/MAU and operate the service. This activity record contains no raw account ID, chat text, screenshot, question, name, AI reply, or device identifier, and it is not controlled by the optional product-analytics setting. Optional product-interaction analytics remain off by default and can be changed at any time in Settings.
Who handles your data
The data controller is the operator shown on the App Store product page and official website. Contact: danielkarios666@gmail.com.
Sensitive relationship information
Chat text, screenshots, emotional states, identities, and intimate relationship details may be sensitive personal information about you or another person. We ask for separate consent before first sending this material to AI. You may withdraw that consent in Settings; future submissions will ask again.
What data is stored
When signed in, Chat history stores the text you send and AI replies; normalized Chat images are stored on the server to restore history and re-check images in follow-up questions until you delete the relevant session or account. Unprocessed original files are not stored in Chat history. This device also keeps a capacity-limited image cache. Standalone Relationship Analysis stores submitted chat context, background, and results until you delete your account. Signed-in App activity stores only a server-derived pseudonymous account key, UTC date, first and last activity time, and a bounded daily open count for 35 days. Separately enabled product analytics contain only event names, approved categories, and timing buckets—not chat text, screenshots, questions, names, or AI replies—and raw events are retained for 90 days.
How data is used
Chat and relationship-analysis data are used to generate requested results, restore history, and provide relevant context in later turns. Signed-in App activity is used only to report aggregate App DAU/MAU and evaluate service use. Optional product analytics are used only to improve product interactions. Service diagnostics without user or session identifiers are retained for 14 days.
Third-party providers
Relevant text or images are sent to the currently configured external AI provider to generate requested replies, screenshot extraction, or relationship analysis. Hosting and network providers may also process stored or transmitted data. Their security, retention, and use are governed by their applicable terms.
This list describes services currently used or enabled only when you choose the related feature.
Alibaba Cloud Model Studio / Qwen
Purpose: requested AI chat, relationship analysis, and screenshot text extraction. Data: the text, image, and task context you choose to submit, plus necessary technical request metadata. Activated only when an AI feature is used.
UCloud (Overseas Version)
The overseas version continues to use a lightweight server located in Singapore. Purpose: application hosting, encrypted network transport, databases, backups, and operational security. Data includes account records, saved service history, consent records, and limited service logs described in the Privacy Policy.
Alibaba Cloud (Mainland China Version)
The Mainland China version uses Alibaba Cloud regions in Mainland China for application hosting, databases, backups, and operational-security services. The public domain is rapportai.cn, and the MIIT website and app filings are complete.
Apple services
Purpose: Sign in with Apple, storefront-based initial service-region selection, and native platform capabilities. Apple processes provider identifiers and device/platform information under Apple’s terms.
Google Sign-In
Purpose: optional account sign-in. The Google sign-in SDK is loaded only when that option is available and you choose it. We receive the verified account identifier and profile fields authorized by the provider.
Client libraries and content delivery
Capacitor plugins provide native app functions. Font Awesome assets may be delivered through a content-delivery network on web builds. We will update this list before enabling a new processor that changes data handling.
Deletion requests
Deleting a Chat session removes its server-side messages, normalized Chat images, and device-local cache. Deleting your account removes the account, Chat history, Chat images, relationship-analysis records, signed-in App activity linked through its pseudonymous account key, and linked product-analytics events. Installation-level anonymous events that were never linked to the account cannot be safely attributed to it and expire after 90 days; local sessions, image cache, analytics consent, and the installation identifier are cleared immediately.
Your choices and rights
You can access and correct profile information, delete individual chat sessions, withdraw optional analytics or sensitive-data consent, request an export through Support, and permanently delete the account in Profile. We verify account ownership before fulfilling protected requests.
Region and minors
The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Account data and submitted content use the disclosed Singapore hosting and model-processing path.
Rapport AI is intended for people aged 18 or older and is not designed for children.
Age eligibility
We ask users to confirm that they are at least 18 before registration or first sensitive-data submission. Do not create an account or submit relationship content if you are under 18.
Parent or guardian requests
If a parent or guardian believes a minor supplied personal information, contact Support with enough information for us to locate and remove it after appropriate verification.
Safety
The service must not be used to sexualize, groom, coerce, track, or exploit a minor. Reports involving child safety receive urgent human review and may be preserved or reported when law requires.
